David M. Kosko M.A-L.P.C; C.A.C. is a licensed professional counselor and a certified addictions counselor. He is a graduate of Penn State University and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Dave jpined DRMC'siInpatient adolescent behavioral health program in December 1994 and began working part-time at the behavioral health center in July 1995. Prior to this Dave was employed for 17 years as a Mental Health Counselor for Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries in Clearfield, PA. In February 2005 Dave will enter his 30th year in the counseling profession. He works both with children, adolescents and adults, with a special interest in family therapy, chemical dependence issues and issues of the families of the chemically dependent.


Seema Chaubey, MA , LPC joined the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department on April 13, 2006 as a licensed professional counselor. She relocated to DuBois in November of 2005 with her husband. Seema w as born and raised in India and received a bachelor's degree in English Literature with minor in psychology from Lady Brabourne College in Kolkata, India, a master in English literature from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India and a master of arts from Indiana University of PA in Student Affairs in Higher Education from the Counseling Department in 1991. Seema has been a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors since 2002. She has been a licensed professional counselor since 2003, with special focus on mood and anxiety disorders for adolescents and adults. Seema's area of interest include individual, family and marital therapy with focus on issues related to mood, anxiety, marriage, parenting, and multiculturism.
