The DuBois Regional Medical Center's Integrated Primary Care Services is a Primary Care practice that coordinates your general healthcare with your chosen behavioral health provider.
The practice currently accepts patients age 18 and older who are looking for a primary care physician and also have a mental health illness.
This office is designed to improve access to quality medical care, as well as emotional support, to patients and families that have a range of medical and psychiatric problems.

- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am to 6:30pm
- Friday: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
