The Heart Center
Since April of 2001, thousands of residents from the region have chosen The Heart Center of DuBois Regional Medical Center for specialized cardiac care.
The Heart Center brings a full-scope, 24-hour cardiac management program to the region.
Patients can receive the most technologically advanced heart care, saving themselves and their families hours of driving time.
The Heart Center's cardiologists, surgeons and medical professionals perform advanced cardiac procedures, such as catheterization, angioplasty, and open-heart surgery. These services are very important in a region where the leading cause of death among both men and women is heart disease.

The Heart Center is backed by state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, a large cardiac rehabilitation unit and a full-range of inpatient and outpatient services.
The dedicated staff at The Heart Center works collaboratively with the primary care physicians by providing prompt follow-up and ongoing communications regarding the patient's progress.
The Heart Center exceeds its projected open-heart goals and has matched statistics found in big city hospitals.
