Corporate Compliance Mission Statement |
DuBois Regional Medical Center’s Corporate Compliance Program is a comprehensive strategy designed to promote a culture that encourages ethical business practices, integrity, and compliance with all regulations, and encourages reporting of instances of non-compliance without fear of retribution or retaliation.
Following are sections of our Code of Ethical Business Conduct and related policies that define the expectations of our employees and the vendors, contractors and business partners (associates) doing business with DRMC in following Federal and state laws including
- False Claims Act, 31 USC §§ 3729-3733,
- Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law, 43 P.S. §§ 1421-1428,
- Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) of 2005, Section 6032
- 62 P.S. §§ 1407 – 1408 (related to civil or criminal penalties for false claims and statements)
